These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Bestrong Sports Academy platform, website, affiliated academy ecosystem, events, memberships, coaching pathways, and associated digital services.

By accessing or using Bestrong Sports Academy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Bestrong Sports Academy is operated by Bestrong Sports.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old; or have a parent/legal guardian manage their account;
• Be linked to an approved affiliated academy where required;
• Provide accurate information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

Membership access may include:

• Athlete progression tracking
• Academy communications
• Events and league access
• Training pathway systems
• Educational content
• Community access
• Partner benefits

Membership benefits may evolve as the ecosystem develops. Certain features may be marked as: Preview, Beta, Founding ecosystem features, or Coming soon.

Affiliated academies operate independently while participating within the Bestrong Sports Academy ecosystem.

Bestrong Sports Academy:

• Does not own affiliated academies;
• Does not directly employ academy coaches unless stated;
• Does not assume responsibility for day-to-day academy operations.

Each academy is responsible for: athlete supervision, local safeguarding compliance, insurance, coaching qualifications, venue safety, and event participation requirements.

Users must not:

• Abuse or harass other users;
• Upload harmful or illegal content;
• Attempt unauthorized system access;
• Share accounts;
• Misrepresent affiliations or qualifications.

Bestrong Sports Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these standards.

All Bestrong Sports Academy branding, content, systems, pathways, designs, graphics, and materials remain the intellectual property of Bestrong Sports unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce or commercially exploit platform materials without written permission.

Bestrong Sports Academy is an evolving operational platform. While we aim for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be updated, be removed, or enter maintenance periods without prior notice.

Participation in BMX racing and associated sporting activities carries inherent risks.

Bestrong Sports Academy and Bestrong Sports are not liable for: injuries; property loss; event cancellations; third-party conduct; academy operational decisions; or external coaching activities.

Users participate at their own risk.

We reserve the right to: suspend memberships; remove academy affiliations; restrict platform access; or terminate accounts where necessary for operational, safeguarding, legal, or community protection reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bestrong Sports' operating jurisdiction.
