Refund & Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel subscriptions at any time through: their billing portal; or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not normally refund previous payments.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Partial months;
• Missed training sessions;
• Unused memberships;
• Event non-attendance.

Exceptions may be considered for:

• Duplicate payments;
• Technical billing errors;
• Exceptional safeguarding or operational circumstances.

Event-specific refund policies may differ depending on: venue contracts; organizer policies; and travel commitments.

Bestrong Sports Academy memberships are separate from local academy coaching or venue fees unless explicitly stated.
