Free Shipping (Orders Over 300,00€)
Orders are sent by standard shipping with tracking number method.
Delivery Time
To the US: Approximately 10-15 business days To all major destinations: 7-12 days
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors like bad weather, security, customs, etc. During shopping seasons, delays may extend up to 14-20 days. If the delivery exceeds 30 days, your order will be resent at our expense.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are provided if the delivery time exceeds 8 working days.
All packages come with tracking numbers.
Non-Arrival of Orders
- Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us regarding non-arrival of an order.
- Maximum delivery time is 30 days.
- If the order is detained or confiscated by foreign customs, contact our Support Center for immediate reshipment.
Restricted Shipping
- We cannot guarantee delivery to the following countries: Norway, Finland, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Denmark, Sweden, Australia.
- We do not re-ship to Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Saudi Arabia, countries in Africa, countries in South America, Israel, UAE.
Damaged Orders
- If your order is damaged, please provide detailed pictures of the parcel with clearly visible receiver details and damaged products.
- Re-shipping will occur once half of the damaged goods’ value is paid and confirmed.
Lost Orders
- If your order has not been delivered within 45 days after the dispatch date, send us an email with the tracking number.
- Re-shipping will occur once half of the lost goods’ value is paid and confirmed.
- Re-shipping requires a new receiver and shipping address for safety reasons.
Seized Orders
- If your order is seized, provide a 120 dpi picture of the envelope or letter from customs or FDA with the receiver’s name.
- Re-shipping will occur once half of the seized goods’ value is paid and confirmed.
- Re-shipping requires a 120 dpi picture of the envelope and letter from customs or FDA and a new receiver with a delivery address.
